Returns & Exchanges: 

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of shipment. Items must be returned in perfect sellable condition with original packaging. Items marked “Final Sale” and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Product exchanges and returns for store credit are offered free of charge. Returns for cash refund will be charged a $15 restocking fee per order. International return and exchange shipping costs are to be paid by customers both ways. 


FINAL SALE: Products pages marked with "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned. All Sales Final.


EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY: Products pages marked with "Exchange/Store Credit Only" cannot be returned for a cash refund. These products can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Happy Returns:

We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Happy Returns to offer printer-free, packaging-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges with no return label for select orders (Happy Returns is only eligible for returns of one unit). Simply start your return via our online portal and opt to drop off your return at a return bar! You will receive a QR code, locate a Happy Returns return bar near you (see list of locations here:, bring in your shoes in original packaging/condition, and you’re good to go! With Happy returns, your return, store credit, or exchange will process within one business day of dropping off your shoes!


Shipping & Delivery

We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $100. Non-custom orders placed before noon Eastern Time will ship the same business day. Custom orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email allowing you to track your order.
