The majority of Del Toro shoes fit true to loafer size, which is usually 0.5-1 sizes down from your typical sneaker size.
The best way to determine your Standard Del Toro Size is to properly measure your foot & reference the size guide found on our product pages.

Shipping & Delivery
For all orders within the US, we offer flat rate shipping.
- $15 for orders above $100
- $10 for orders $100 or less
- For International orders, shipping will be calculated & applied at checkout.
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information
- For personalized orders, please allow an additional 3-5 business days.
Standard Flat Rate Shipping
For flat rate ground shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days after processing.
If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order & you haven't received an email with tracking, please reach out to support@deltoroshoes.com so we can investigate the issue.
Expedited Shipping
Estimated arrivals for expedited shipping options are presented at checkout. These ETAs are calculated based on destination address & courier information.
We do our best to provide you with accurate information, however, Del Toro is ultimately not responsible for refunding shipping cost in the event of courier delays as these are unfortunately out of our control.
International Shipping
Shipments outside the contiguous US may take up to 30 days to arrive due to country-specific jurisdictions & import processes.
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please reach out to support@deltoroshoes.com.
- Shipping outside the contiguous United States will be calculated & applied at checkout & is to be paid by the customer. International customers will also be expected to pay it’s countries' duties.
Returns & exchanges outside the contiguous United States are possible but shipping is to be paid by the customer both ways.
- Del Toro is not responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by local jurisdictions. Refusal to pay duties in a local jurisdiction is not grounds for returning a product, however, most circumstances will be evaluated independently.
- You should research and expect to pay duties when ordering internationally (outside of the contiguous United States).
It depends. In the event of a mistake, please email support@deltoroshoes.com as soon as possible.
We will do our absolute best to accommodate post-purchase changes, however, once an order has been packed by our warehouse team there's really not much we can do to intercept it. And the majority of our orders ship the same day they're placed.
Del Toro is not responsible for any costs accrued as a result of user error.
You can visit the “my account” area on our website to make changes to your address or contact information at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! You may return or exchange your order within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be sent back in perfect sellable condition with all original packaging to be eligible.
note: all returns & exchanges are subject to a $15 restock fee per order.
- Items marked “Final Sale”and personalized items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
- Items marked"Exchange/Store Credit Only"cannot be returned for a cash refund. These products can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

For us to help you as quickly as possible, please provide the following information when reaching out:
- original order number + a brief summary of the issue
- photos of the product (top + bottom + side views for each item - including both shoes if reaching out regarding a footwear order)
- photos of the original packing (shoe boxes, dustbags, etc. - please include any & all markings you see that might help us trace the root of the issue)
note: after the return & exchange window passes, Del Toro reserves the right to deny refund requests

No, we do not. Although this might seem like a firm stance to take on this position, we ask our customers to understand that we are a small business making limited collections of artisan products.
Our goal is to provide the best value at the time of purchase, and we encourage you to take advantage of our promotions and discounts when they do happen, because it's not all that often!
