A: For In-Stock items (standard styles), we recommend contacting us 4 weeks in advance to ensure all sizes are available. For Custom/Made-to-Order designs, we require a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks to allow for hand-production in Italy and shipping.
Q: Is there a minimum order for the Concierge Service?
A: To qualify for wedding party pricing, we typically require a minimum of 5 pairs (including the groom). However, we are happy to consult with smaller parties to find the best solution.
Q: Can you help match the bridesmaids' dresses?
A: Yes. We have a vast library of colorways. During the consultation, you can share digital swatches or Pantone codes, and we will do our best to match the engraving and detailing on the groomsmen’s shoes to the bridal party's palette.
